Extracurricular Activities

I worked as Captain and Head of Mechanical Division in ENTERPRIZE, the HKUST RoboMaster Team in the 2018 season. We developed 6 types of robots to compete in the RoboMaster 2018 Competition where we played against elite teams from mainland China and all over the world. While overseeing the Mechanical Division in developments, I was in charge of the Weapon System of the Infantry Robot and Gripper System of the Hero and Engineer Robots. We won Champion in the International Regional Competition and Top 32 in the Grand Final.

I Joined the HKUST Robotics Team - ROV Subteam (EPOXSEA) in my first year to work as CTO and Mechanical Engineer. I was in charge of designing most of the robots manipulators such as Main Gripper, Value Turner, Marker Buoy, Agar Sampler, and Bluetooth Activation Module.(Click "Learn more" for details)

We won All-Round Champion of Explorer Class in the MATE ROV 2017 International Competition after winning Regional Champion in Hong Kong.

I worked as Captain and Mechanical Engineer of team 7 in the 2016 HKUST Robot Design Contest (Internal Competition for selecting robotics team members).

I developed the main shooter robot and modified the tracker robot with which we won Champion and Best Engineering Design Award.
